Welcome to Zeitgeist Rizing. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, regulations, and operational policies governing the use of the website located at zeitgeistrizing.com, operated by Auteu Media LLC dba Zeitgeist Rizing.

By accessing this website and/or purchasing merchandise from us, you agree to accept these terms in full. Do not continue to use Zeitgeist Rizing if you do not agree to all terms stated on this page.

1. E-Commerce & Service Infrastructure

Our digital storefront infrastructure is hosted by Hostinger, which provides the e-commerce framework allowing us to display and sell merchandise. Electronic payment processing is securely managed by our third-party payment partner, Stripe. Sensitive financial data is encrypted and handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Physical manufacturing, apparel printing, and fulfillment logistics are carried out on-demand by our partner, Printful.

2. Custom Print-on-Demand & Return Policy

All products sold on Zeitgeist Rizing are custom-manufactured to order at the time of purchase. Because items are produced on-demand without pre-printed warehouse stock, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, modifications, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections.

  • Damaged or Defective Goods: If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost. You must notify us at support@zeitgeistrizing.com within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear photographic proof of the defect. Return shipping of the damaged physical garment is not required unless requested.

  • Packages Lost in Transit: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Customer Shipping Errors: If an order is returned to fulfillment due to an insufficient or invalid shipping address entered at checkout, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs once updated details are confirmed.

3. Sizing & Extended Size Requests

Detailed size charts are provided on every product page. For extended sizes (such as 3XL to 6XL) not listed in the default dropdown menus, customers may submit an inquiry via our contact email. Extended size custom orders may carry an additional production surcharge ($5.00–$10.00) depending on manufacturer garment availability and specialized print costs.

4. Billing Accuracy & Order Modifications

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us. In the event an order is modified or canceled, we will attempt to notify you via the email or billing address provided at checkout. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and account details for all transactions completed on this site.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Auteu Media LLC dba Zeitgeist Rizing owns all intellectual property rights for custom graphics, satirical artwork, logos, copy, and product designs displayed on this website. All rights are reserved. You may view and print pages for personal reference, but you must not republish, reproduce, duplicate, sell, or commercially exploit any visual or written assets from this site without explicit prior written authorization.

6. Hyperlinking & Third-Party Content

Organizations such as search engines, news outlets, and government agencies may link to our home page or product pages provided the link is not deceptive and does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement. Framing our web pages or utilizing Zeitgeist Rizing trademark assets or logos without an active licensing agreement is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Products and services provided on this website are delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auteu Media LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our site or third-party fulfillment services.

These Terms and Conditions, and any separate transactions whereby we fulfill products to you, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
